“White Sand” is ideal for a holiday with your feet in the sand.
Located in the beautiful Nettle Bay Beach Club residence on the beach, facing the Caribbean Sea with a sublime view of the Pic Paradis mountains. “White Sand” will seduce you so that you spend an unforgettable vacation.
The residence has 4 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a mini-market, a bakery, restaurants, pharmacy etc.
“White Sand” is fully air-conditioned but also very well ventilated naturally and the bay window is equipped with mosquito nets.
The “White Sand” house consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage space, a hallway with a queen-size bed, and a shower room with toilet. A fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area, and a living room await you.
A large, shaded private terrace with garden furniture, a table, and deckchairs will allow you to relax to the rhythm of the waves while enjoying the view of the sea and the mountains. The view is magnificent.

Un coup de cœur à Saint-Martin !
Notre séjour à White Sand a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Dès l’arrivée, la vue sur la mer des Caraïbes depuis la terrasse nous a coupé le souffle – bien plus belle qu’en photo ! L’appartement est impeccable : décoration soignée, salle de bain spacieuse, cuisine équipée et lits ultra-confortables. Même la douche extérieure pour se rincer les pieds est un détail qui fait la différence. L’emplacement est parfait : Baie Nettlé offre tout à proximité (restaurants, épicerie, boulangerie) tout en restant calme. À quelques minutes de Marigot et du côté hollandais, c’est idéal pour explorer l’île. Coralie et Stéphane sont des hôtes exceptionnels : réactifs, chaleureux et pleins de bons conseils. Leur passion pour Saint-Martin rend le séjour encore plus spécial. Nous recommandons vivement White Sand – une adresse où tout est pensé pour un séjour inoubliable !

Our stay at this incredible spot was nothing short of magical. The location is truly unbeatable—right on the beach with breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream. Some of the island’s most stunning shores are just moments away, including La Baie Rouge (only a 2-minute drive!), Grande Case, and Mullet Bay, each offering its own slice of paradise. The apartment itself is a masterpiece of comfort and style—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and filled with little luxuries. The spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and expansive patio quickly became our favorite retreat, perfect for meals, reading, or simply unwinding with the sound of the waves. Every detail has been carefully considered, from beach towels to umbrellas, making it effortless to explore even the most secluded coves. Our host was an absolute delight—responsive, warm, and full of helpful insights. She set the standard for what great hosting should be, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. With its perfect blend of location, comfort, and charm, this place is a true gem. We already can’t wait to return—it’s an experience we’ll cherish until our next visit!
